About Hunter Patterson
As a licensed attorney, President, and Chief Executive Officer of The Property Advocates, P.A., Hunter offers empowerment, education, and excellence to his clients and stakeholders while providing distinctive leadership.
The Property Advocates, P.A. is a full-service insurance law firm that helps Florida’s homeowners resolve issues related to their property insurance claims, whether simple or complex so that they can receive fair and deserved compensation. Having the unique experience of working on behalf of an insurance company and advocating for policyholders, Hunter is passionate about leveling the playing field and brings extensive knowledge to the table. Persistent, empathetic, and an effective communicator, Hunter has a knack for pushing through obstacles to ensure the best results for his clients. His goal is to help his clients receive every single dollar that they are entitled to from the insurance company while providing quality service that generates referrals back into the business.
Hunter was the highest-performing student of his graduating class, earning him the title of Valedictorian from Barry University School of Law. He also earned the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriting (CPCU) designation, a prestigious classification within the insurance industry and those who achieve it are considered extremely knowledgeable in the field.
A man of integrity and faith, Hunter is married and enjoys spending his leisure time with family, playing guitar, and frequenting theme parks.
Admissions & Memberships
The Florida Bar is the organization of all lawyers licensed by the Supreme Court of Florida to practice law in the state. The Florida Bar’s core functions are to: Regulate the practice of law in Florida; ensure the highest standards of legal professionalism in Florida; and protect the public by prosecuting unethical attorneys and preventing the unlicensed practice of law.
The State Bar of California’s mission is to protect the public and includes the primary functions of licensing, regulation and discipline of attorneys; the advancement of the ethical and competent practice of law; and support of efforts for greater access to, and inclusion in, the legal system.
The federal district courts are the trial courts in the federal court system. Florida has three federal district courts, which are the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida.
